GVHS Counselor Appointment Request

High School counselors will schedule appointments as soon as possible after your request has been submitted; however, if this is an emergency please do not submit the form. Come by your counselor's office and request to see them. Use this form for non-emergency situations that can be taken care of within 24 hours up to one week of submission. Please do not resubmit for the same inquiry as this will cause delay in your appointment.
