Former Employee Access Center

If you are a former employee of Grain Valley Schools, please follow these steps to log in to the Employee Access Center to view payroll checks.

1. Log in to Employee Access Center 
   1. Username: Employee Number 
   2. Password: Last 4 digits of your social security number 
2. If you do not remember your employee number, please email the Payroll Department. 
3. If your password has been changed from the last 4 digits of your social security number, you can try the “Forgot Your Password” option.
4. If you continue to have issues, please contact the payroll department.
